To get the most accurate information you should wear clothes you will be showing in. Hold the tape measure snug not tight with one finger under the tape. Be as accurate as possible. Remember the goal is to get the best fit as possible.
1- Waist (just below the belt line)
2- Upper-thigh (measure at heaviest part of thigh)
3-Mid-thigh (measure half way between upper thigh and knee
4- Knee
5- Calf
6-Outseam ( just below belt to the ground)
7- Inseam (from crotch to ground)
8- Thigh to knee (measure from crotch to knee)
